B.V.I Court Gives Decision

The P.D.M. is happy and relieved with the outcome of the historic British Virgin Islands (B.V.I) court case involving the development of the Layou River Hotel project. The project began in 1993 and today 16 years later all we have to show for it is a mass of useless concrete, tons of rusty steel and a few dilapidated unfinished buildings. (Read Full Statement)
